This weekend we added a new smoker to the GRAND PRIX MACHINE garage. An neglected 1979 Suzuki GT250 twin cylinder. Hell yeah.
It's tank is painted with house paint (poorly), the front caliper drags and it's ugly as hell but it runs! and man is it fun. The plans for this thing is a bit of a tidy up, new tank, seat, and a tickle up in the engine department. I sold my last street bike (Aprilia RS125) to fund a few other racing missions and now it's time to build something up for the coming summer. The after work garage sessions are freezing but what better time to get elbow deep into a smoker's engine!
